Laura was born May 20, 1955 in Brattleboro, Vermont. She was Fred and Charlotte's first child and they were delighted with her arrival. Laura Jean was a delightful child and was loving and kind to all who knew her. She would go out of her way to make one feel welcome. This webmaster, her cousin, George Lee has nothing but fond memories of Laura Jean. She was the Maid of Honor to George's bride and Laura's father was Best Man to George.

Laura Lee Mendoza, age 59, passed away after a long illness Friday Evening at 10:59, September 12, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Alberto, their four children, Frankie Mendoza, his wife Angel, her daughter Marleyna Williams, her daughter Eria Rubidoux, her Husband Tim, and her daughter Laura Christian. She has 13 grandchildren; Ashleigh, Normanda, Desirae, DJ, Amrie, Sariah, Timmy, Jaiden, Jonathan, Jeramiah, Gabariella, Seth and Micha and 2 great grandchildren, Jacob and Elena. She has 2 surviving sisters and one surviving brother; Sharon Garcia, Bill Lee and Diana Archuleta. She has many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Warner Lee and Charlotte Parker and very special God Mother, Mrs. Frances Phillips. She will be greatly missed by those of us who loved her.
